www.writeforbucks.com provides two kinds of services 1) Writing Services 2) Pre-written content. Incase of writing services Buyer posts his project on the site with details like Project Brief, Cost, Number of days, etc. Writers can bid for the project (in a way project is auctioned). Then it is up to the buyer to ascertain which writer will be good for his/her needs. So there are less chances of copyright issues. Also at time of registration writers have to agree to terms and conditions that the writings are original and written by them. WFB will provide as many tools to check such issues, but eventually the responsibility lies with the writer and the buyer to adhere to fair practices.
In case the content is pre-written, we allow registered buyers to see the gist or synopsis of writing. Once buyers show interest in particular synopsis then we connect them to the writers. I feel in this open marketplace concept market checks and balances will encourage fair practice. Incase someone reports abuse about a writer or a buyer, he/she will be barred from the site.
